Getting started
Can you set up software even if it already has the features I need?
Yes. Selecting and configuring software, customer records, calendars and workflows—and maintaining that setup—are services in their own right. Custom feature development is not required to make existing features useful.
Do you only work with HVAC, plumbing and electrical companies?
No. Home services are a focus, but we also work with retailers and other small businesses. Fit depends on the process, tools and agreed scope, not only the industry.
Can you help if I have no CRM, software or back office?
Yes. We can help select and set up the needed tools. We agree the work, scope and cost before implementation.
Why use Pelagova instead of setting up software myself?
Self-setup can be the right fit. Pelagova is for owners who want selection, setup, configuration, testing and ongoing upkeep handled as an agreed service.
How long does it take to get up and running?
Many focused systems launch in 2–3 weeks, subject to scope and required access. Your proposal sets a timeline; more complex integrations can take longer.
Scope & tools
Do you use AI?
Yes, for voice, text or interpretation where useful. Where straightforward rule-based automation is sufficient, we can use that instead.
Can this work with my existing software?
We assess available connections, access and platform limitations first; there is no blanket integration guarantee. If you do not have suitable tools, we can also help select new ones.
What businesses are NOT a good fit?
A business with little repeatable operational work may not benefit. We are also not the right purchased service if you primarily want websites, SEO or paid advertising: Pelagova focuses on operational systems.
Partnership & costs
What will I still need to handle?
You provide business information and access, approve rules and workflows, handle judgment and exceptions, and deliver the actual service. Pelagova handles the agreed technical and system work.
Is the 90-day minimum an onboarding period?
No. It includes build, test, launch and tuning. Most focused systems launch in 2–3 weeks depending on scope and access. After the initial minimum, service is month to month with 30 days’ cancellation notice, subject to the agreement.
Why Pelagova instead of hiring another employee?
Appropriate repetitive work and out-of-hours tasks can be automated, while people still handle judgment, exceptions and service. We assess scope and usage costs; this is not a promise to replace headcount.
What does it cost?
A scope-based proposal explains defined setup work, the monthly fee, and separate software or usage charges where applicable. We do not quote an invented fixed price.
What happens after the system goes live?
We monitor, tune and maintain the agreed systems in an ongoing monthly relationship. The initial 90 days cover build, launch and tuning; after that, service is month to month with 30-day notice. Your agreement controls the specifics.
